Members of BTW, in Kansas. If you live in an area that has no chapter close to you and there's enough of you interested to form a new chapter to have a local group to have fellowship and riding partners and to schedule your "get togethers", the following applies and is encouraged.
New chapter certification requires a minimum of eight members at a meeting, with notification to the State or Assistant State Director, plus notification to Regional Director and National of the new chapter intent's, as per By-laws of BTW.
